1. Registration and Enrollment Fees
The $150.00 Registration Fee required at the time of enrollment is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs, student insurance, and the processing of Maryland state-required documentation.
2. Tuition Payments (Attendance and Absences)

No Refunds for Absences: Tuition is a "flat fee" paid to secure your child’s space in our program. Refunds or credits will not be issued for days missed due to illness, family vacation, or personal reasons.

Scheduled Closures: As outlined in our annual calendar, tuition remains due in full for all scheduled holidays and program breaks.

Inclement Weather: No refunds or credits are provided for closures due to extreme weather or emergency situations beyond the program's control.

3. Withdrawal and Notice Periods

To receive a refund for any pre-paid tuition beyond the current period, parents must provide two weeks (10 business days) written notice prior to the child’s last day.

If the required two-week notice is provided, any tuition paid for the weeks after the notice period will be refunded.

If a child is withdrawn without a two-week notice, the family remains responsible for the full tuition of those two weeks, and no refund will be issued.

4. Program-Initiated Termination

In the rare event that the Provider must terminate a child’s enrollment (e.g., due to safety concerns or persistent policy violations), a pro-rated refund for the remaining days of the pre-paid tuition period will be issued, minus any outstanding fees or late charges.
