2. Payment Methods and Financial Terms
We accept the following payment methods for registration and tuition:

Electronic Funds Transfer (via approved platforms like Brightwheel or Zelle)

Cash or Money Orders All tuition is due on a bi-weekly or monthly basis as agreed upon in your individual enrollment contract. Detailed fee schedules are provided in the Parent Handbook.
3. Right to Change Offerings
Belair-Edison Christian Child Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, curriculum (Engage NY, Heggerty, Montessori), or hours of operation at any time. We will provide families with reasonable notice regarding significant changes, such as tuition rate adjustments or permanent schedule changes.
4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation or the information provided. While we strive for excellence in our childcare services, the program's liability is limited to the terms defined in the physical Enrollment Contract signed upon admission.
